The Shawungunks de...Glad you had a productive day!<br /><br />The Shawungunks definitely looks like an interesting experience.<br /><br />I don't want to sound negative, but I would put it off a year if IM Moo is really on the program. 5.5 miles of rough trail running is not really consistent with IM taper (particularly if you don't do rough trails regularly). Even minor injuries prior to an Ironman can sabotage you.<br /><br />(Also, I am somewhat sceptical the Five-Finger shoes are supportive or protective enough for rough trails.)Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07300094483282054900noreply@blogger.com
