Blissful Saturday long run
The weather is uncannily beautiful today - upper 50s, crisp and clear and sunny with a hint of coolness in the air. I ditched the heart-rate monitor, the wrist unit and the pod and ran data-free - it was quite lovely.
It was certainly interesting for me to read this article. Thanx for it. I like such themes and anything connected to them. I definitely want to read a bit more soon.
sometimes going old-school-data-free is a great way to run just for runnings sake. no expectations. i ran in the park saturday too, i ditched my ipod for the first half of the run, making it very serene.
