Rest day

No exercise until tomorrow, unfortunately (I do not have a window to put it into anyway!), but an interesting article at the New York Times on the eating challenges faced by the aspirational thin people on the Biggest Loser.

    Wow, I am actually surprised at the very unhealthy eating habits they espouse while on the show! No wonder they all gain it back!
