Spin!
OK, that was good. Work intervals as 3 x 5min climb, 2min recovery; 3 x 2min hard, 2min recovery; 3 x 1min standing sprint, :30 recovery.
Stroke and stride #1 last night was very enjoyable - that is a HOT 2-mile run!
