Mon.: 1.5hr yoga back therapy class - SO GREAT!
Tues.: 1hr as 1:1 jog-walk, never did do PT, MUST do it daily...
Wed.: PT then 1:1 jog-walk - Becca has pointed out that really it should be done before the run, I resisted that theory but really it must be so (will still soon have second yoga mat at the office for days with genuine morning time constraint).
