A good day. Non-run day, did a good 15 mins of stretch/BR not too long after I got up just in case yoga didn't happen (but really everything felt good in the morning, much less stiff than yesterday). 2 x 15 min walk to buy groceries. 2 x 15 min walk to and from 1.5hr back therapy yoga. Which is a really good class - the teacher is a true
teacher, a pleasure to watch and listen!
