Thursday-Friday

Thursday: rest day, just PT and walking (many work evening commitments this week, no space for yoga)
Friday: 1hr as 1:1 jog-walk, very nice, PT will have to wait for later as I am now running slightly late (it's 11:25, I'm in sweaty run clothes, and I need to be at a fancy lunch at 12:15, i.e. probably with blow-dried hair - had intended to take bus but I think it will have to be an Uber...)
