Warmup: 200 swim, 200 pull, 300 kick (dolphin-flutter-whip by 50)
5 x 200 swim (even free, odd IM)
4 x 100 (50 kick, 25 drill, 25 swim) in IM order
No gym bike: by 5:25, next available slots not until 6:30. Either will have to do it at home or not at all.
