Warmup: 200 swim, 150 drill, 6 x 25 kick

#1: 4 x 75 drill, 2 x 100 drill

#2 (on 15 seconds rest): 200 pull, 50 sprint, 100 pull, 100 swim, 50 sprint, 300 swim, 6 x 75 alternating drill and swim
