Not sure what happened to good reporting practices! Did my run all three days Fri-Sat-Sun, Sat was arduous due to more than usually knotted-up glute and heavy cold rain, have taken these days off from yoga as I think I overdid it slightly on Thursday...
Fri: 30 min easy/mod as 2:1
Sat: 90 min moderate as 2:1 and 4:1 alternating
Sun: 1 hour easy as 1:1 and 2:1
