2 x 200 free easy, 50 stroke (back, breast)

5 x 100 evens free odds IM fly drill

4 x 50 drill-swim by 25 IM order

4 x 50 stroke-free by 25 IM order

100 kick with board

1500 yards total (c. 40 min.)
