In a very good mood today (probably because I will see B. on Wednesday!). Did NOT execute workouts as planned - wanted to get to the gym early so that I could swim before spinning, i.e. do a PROPER rather than a half-assed swim workout! But it is not my strength getting out the door promptly in the morning. Anyway, rode down, did super spin class with Joanna (who is teaching the double tomorrow, woo-hoo!) and then just did a short swim.

1000 yards swim (500 warmup as 100 swim, 100 kick, 2 x 100 drill-swim by 25 [front scull, fists], RaLaCuBa; 500 as 5 x 100 IM no breaststroke on 2:30)
