Run!

Belated post, didn't quite have time earlier. Didn't at all feel like getting out (was up too late last night - I need to follow B.'s advice and do some very easy spinning to counteract the unwanted CNS stimulation of heavy deadlifting Monday evenings!), but the weather's beautiful and it was nice once I was out there.
