Just did 1hr easy, I have no vim for intervals until the weather reaches more reasonable temperatures! I waited almost till dark to go out, and it probably wasn't as bad as the last few days have been - certainly humidity was a bit lower than when I was out doing errands, gruesomely, this morning. Let it be cooler soon!
