That was good - only one more of these classes before I go back to NYC. Hard one today: instructor scaled it back once he realized that none of us were getting through the required number of reps!
Four exercises, four times each; twenty rounds on 1:00 apiece. Dragon walk (actually a kind of pushup), a thing where you jump legs from side to side whose name I can't remember, hanging toe-touch, crunch pushups.
