Hahahaha, that was glorious - beautiful sunny day, back etc. grumbling a bit but nothing like yesterday's YELLING (in retrospect I think it was the marathon session typing in revisions at the computer on Monday that really did me in). Only so slow that I am ashamed to say how long it took - all I will say is that it was longer than 3 hours, only since my goal pace for the 50-miler is 4mph that's really OK!
