Thursday was travel day which always means virtually no sleep, and I grumpily got up very early and did my pre-dawn run this morning - still feeling very short on sleep. Still, good to get it done. Hoping to go to 10:15 yoga but I have a huge pile of work I brought with me, including one biggish task that I haven't really started and that should be done by the end of day if possible or soon thereafter otherwise. AND my book still isn't finished! Ran out of time this week (hahaha, long run didn't help!) and had a few other things I couldn't keep putting off. It's all fine...
