Musical postscript

I have been greatly missing my sessions with Trainer Mark, which I will perhaps briefly resume the next time I get a Lump Sum but which really will have to await some future stage of much greater financial prosperity - but I got a very good e-mail from him just now with a link to the music video he's been working on! (It is not the MAIN point - but perhaps centrally of interest for the Triaspirational readership - check out those triceps!)
