I love swimming so much! This was a very good one, I did purposeful work on strokes I like as well as biting the bullet and starting to do some breaststroke too!....

500 warm up as 5 x 100 swim, kick, pull, RaLaCuBa, swim

600 as 4 x 75 back as kick-drill-swim, 2 x 75 fly ditto, 150 breast as 50 kick, 50 drill, 50 swim

100 IM drill

A triumphant 100 of IM that felt great but reminded me my swim fitness still has a ways to go!
