A great training session this morning with Carla - my muscles are going to be sore tomorrow...

I have to heed his advice better about not making my aerobic runs closer to my tempo pace. It is so tempting to go faster, but you are supposed to do that slow stuff!

"Keep the bounce in your step" sounds like a great philosophy for life as well as the IM marathon.
