OK, that was good, a steady week of exercise has earned me a little bit of fitness (might have been a tad cooler this evening, too, which always helps). Still doing run-walk intervals (5 mins. jog, 2 mins. walk), but felt the possibility of steady running seemed no longer quite so remote...

I thought of you yesterday when I ran on the treadmill for the first time in two years (since I injured something). Usually I run my intervals by distance, but I did them by time in your honor, and it actually made it go faster. (5 min at 6; 3 x 2 min at 7, 2 min at 6; 1 min at 7.5; 1 min at 6; 1 min at ;, 1 min at 6; then 30 min at 4, some with incline)
That last min was at 8, not ;.
You sounds like you are in a better place mentally. Yay!
