Currently we're doing Friday as a longer run with intervals and then Saturday as a 2hr easy "running meditation" - I really prefer the latter to the former, I have to admit! Beautifully sunny day this morning; forecast is bad for tomorrow, but rainy meditation is fine too....
1:20 as 20:00 easy, 10 x (1:00 faster, 3:00 easy), 20:00 easy
