I definitely do have a slight cold, but am happy to say that it did not stop me from having a full hour of high-quality workout: I was sure I wasn't sick enough to cancel, but feared I might need to modify or otherwise curtail, so that is very good.

Do you do cardio with your trainer? I find doing strength when I am sick isn't such a big deal (even strength that gets my heart rate going).
I have a slight cold, pain into the knee and both stopped me!
But you are a better runner (and swimmer and biker) than me!
