First half great, then stomach felt not quite right again, so I took it easier on the way home.  Amazingly beautiful day - almost too warm to be ideal running weather, at least in direct sunlight!

1hr run (c. 5.7 miles?)

i think that for your stomach you need some italian food: lasagna, cannelloni, fiorentina steak, filetto ecc.
Enjoy the ideal running weather (also for me considered that I cannot run).
