As soon as I got out the door, I abandoned my vague plan to run in Central Park - no vim for hills - and took the nice quiet route north along Riverside Drive and up the west side path to the Little Red Lighthouse. Actually great running weather: high 40s, a bit rainy, park virtually deserted which always makes me happy. Didn't do any speed intervals as I am basically at the point in the semester when just getting out there is the main point!
