Short run

Had a very hard time getting out the door (should have done it earlier but was too frazzled) - operating at max capacity re: general emotional and life/work stuff. Cannot say it was the most enjoyable run I have ever had - felt very slow, back and lower calves very tight, and had to pee quite badly, having drunk 2 seltzers just before going out! Also, ready for lunch (am now eating chili). But I knew I would feel better afterwards if I just got it done - Coach Dave is a good influence on me...
