Monday TOB - the first two hours of the three-hour Spinervals endurance workout ("Tough Love"). I think my HR/effort level is a little low, but on the other hand it is an endurance workout, so who knows - difficult to figure out exactly the right settings. I really like this spin bike, though!

Aptly titled! Glad you're spinning up a storm.
Tough Love is my favorite Spinervals workout and I usually do it about once a week all winter.
Now if I could only maintain Coach Troy's cadence requirements throughout the three hour session, I would be a happy man (and probably a bit fitter as well).

I like that term - Puddle Club...and I know exactly what you mean. Me and the trainer are a regular in that club.
