Monday run

3.5 miles, mostly easy with .5 mile harder effort near the end. An authentic swim-bike-run day, that is good! (If I am not careful, I will lose all my hard-won run fitness...)

I always have a hard time with tri training for that reason (okay, and others) - I never want to concede any of my running fitness so that I can do the other things!
