Prospective!

Antarctica training tips from Jenny Hadfield! And I am happy to say it is the perfect day for an Antarctic training run - mid-30s, snowstorm debris slushily underfoot, raining (or perhaps it is "wintry mix"?!?). But I must get some work done first...

Insane!! I have to say, the half sounds more appealing to me than the marathon. I'm not crazy about out and back, but you are looking in different directions, and there are penguins, I'm sure it would be totally exciting. But out and back again, in those conditions? I think it would be very hard to make myself do it again!

There's a missing "if" in that comment! Right before the different directions and penguins.

It is outstanding Antarctica Training Weather here. (The Boarder did speed work away from the snow blowing in the front door.) I will limit myself to cross-training though.

This is a good bit of research that will doubtless pay off in spades!
