Medicine ball toss for power (seated) 3 x 10 (6lb)

DL: 4 x 4 (3 seconds eccentric/concentric) @ 151

squats with safety bar (70lb): 3 x 10 (with box)

landmine rows plus 50: 4 x 10

4 x 20 alternating curls with band and plank (30s)

1.25hr lower body
