Bench!

Not as exciting as deadlifting but pleasant nonetheless.

Close grip bench: 10 x 3 @ 80, 1 x 2 @ 100, 1x 2 @ 110

Floor press: 4 x 12 x 27.5 (next ones up had gone missing)

Circuit: 5 x 25 shrugs @ 52.5, 10 lateral raise @ 5, 10 front raise @ 5
